Huggies snug and dry smell?!

Hey ladies, has anyone noticed huggies snug and dry gives off a chemical smell (like windex) when your baby pees? Its not my sons pee because i will put a different brand on him and the smell dissappears. I dont want to keep using them if this is how they smell. Doesnt seem safe to be on my Babies skin.

I use snug and dry and after looking up the “chemical burn” thing, it looks more to me like some parents didn’t think to change the brand of diaper after their children had a skin reaction to them. Let’s be frank - this can happen with just about ANY disposable diaper on the market. Babies have very sensitive skin, and any kind of irritant can result in rashes, peeling skin, and blisters if the parents are not taking enough care to rule out possible issues. 
I would say if you’re noticing a chemical smell from ANY diaper, stop using it and switch brands. I have not noticed any issues with the Snug & Dry diapers, and have used them for about 5 months now. Any time my son starts to develop any kind of skin issues in the diaper area, I switch to a different diaper for a bit (like the Little Movers) and see if the issue goes away. Right now, he mostly wears the S&D during the day and the LMs at night.

The Pampers Sensitive Dry diapers had that smell too. Kept giving my son open sores on his butt. We switched to Honest diapers and wipes and it went away quickly. It’s insane to me that they are allowed to sell things that are harmful to babies.
