Can you still be pregnant without implantation bleeding?

I’m curious to know if you NEED to have some sort of spotting in order to have implantation. I’m 8 DPIUI and have not had any bleeding and am getting discouraged that I missed the window of implantation bleeding. But was hoping that even if I don’t spot at all, it’s still possible to be pregnant? Has anyone had no bleeding at all and had a healthy pregnancy?

Don’t worry this is my first pregnancy(8months in) I never had implantation bleeding I was so sad after TTC for months and 3

days before period date I saw the faintest line and no one believed me but come ‘what was supposed to be my period date’ i had a confirmed BFP

so never give up hope until your period shows.
