How can I remove these marks from wearing the wrong bra size for so long 😭

Hey Hon I used to have those too I literally just stopped wearing a bra and they went away on their own. If that’s not an option for you then look into getting a bra with no underwire or a sports bra and it should go away on its own too 😉

my chest only does this if i have a tight bra on all day but goes away i don’t sleep with a bra on. and i mainly never wear one unless i’m going to the store. that’s about it .
