Doctor advised the same. The advice is that we BD 2/3 a week as soon as I finish my period. OPK and temping stress can affect you sometimes. Also with OPKs if you don’t test enough time, you can miss the release of the egg because LH stays in your system

Didn't mean to hit no, I'm still using them

I have 3 kids and tried opks with all 3 and then when I figured out I was ovulating sorta regularly, got rid of them and pregnancy came soon after.
