Stupid question about ovulation

So I have PCOS and don’t really know when I am ovulating. I had sex on the 12th, according to my glow app my most fertile/ovulation days are the 11th through 17th. Anywho, the two days following me having sex I had some strains of blood in my discharge. Is that normal?
