baby activities to do??

Question

Okay this may sound dumb, but my little boy is a little over 2 months old, between tending to him, cleaning, cooking, pumping, grocery shopping, budgeting, finding time for my relationship and myself (barely lol) ETC. i’m staying pretty busy through the day, but i also feel so bad, I know infants don’t need much “play time” or have a ton of activities to do, I still feel like I should doing more with him throughout the day, what are some things I need or could do with him? we do tummy time, he has no interest in toys right now, I take him for stroller rides if the weather is okay, and he sits in his swing while I play a baby show for a little bit while I try to get cleaning or anything else done then I obviously talk, cuddle, and make faces at him too. 
When did you start doing some interactive activities with your baby? how old were they? and what did you do?? 
Is there anything else I can do with a 2 month old?
What kind of bouncers, swings, chairs etc did your baby have at this age?
so many questions!! 😂 I’m a FTM, so i’m pretty clueless when it comes to milestones and things like that, but i’m learning!! 
Side topic: How did/do you find time for yourself? what do you do? my “alone time” is his naps and taking a shower 🙃😅

I really like the Lovevery play gym, it has features that will help baby learn through their first year. My baby is almost 3 months and he loves looking at the high contrast black and white cards. The play gym comes with an instruction booklet for how to play with baby by age. I’m planning on getting Lovevery’s toy subscription when baby gets to the 5 month mark but until then the play gym has everything he needs

Start with something up in his face. Like when baby is on his back and you show him some light toy, so baby can practice grabbing it. If he grabs from up, start doing the same on tumme and a toy on the ground.
My sons favourite was oball. It is a really light ball with holes, so it is easy to grab for small hands and it also has some things rattling inside.
It is one of his favourite toys now also, and he is almost two.
I also went to baby excersise classes, where they teach you things to do, so it helps baby develop faster. So we went once a week, and then we did those excersises all week until we got new ones. It helped my son quite a bit, he was quite early for all his mileatonws in movement.

Have you tried Lovevery play kits? You can subscribe to receiving month appropriate learning/play toys every couple of months. You can also purchase the play gym or kits separately without a subscription too. We have them and they definitely take the guesswork out of playtime.
