Suddent change in cycle

Has anyone had a sudden change in there cycle. I have been a 28 cycle for over a year and suddenly I had a 24 day cycle followed by a 31 day cycle. I peaked the 13th and continued the peak into the 14th and I haven't seen a spike in my bbt yet as of the morning of the 16th but later in the day I took my temp ans it was finally showing the possible spoke we will see in the morning if it was accurate. I'm sooo confused now and one have advise or can relate
