Resume tips

Good morning beautiful ladies...and any gents ( I don't like to leave anyone out). I have a quick question. So I am constantly updating my resume for different job positions that may apply to my skillset but my work history details tend to be EXTREMELY long leaving my resume 2 to 3 pages long.ugh I hate leaving out crucial things that employers see that may qualify me for a job but I can never narrow down my key qualifications...any tips to shorten but still show im right for the job? Any advice would be much appreciated. I need a job asap but I'm stuck editing this dang resume...help me!
