I feel like I’m going crazy

Please help I had the white discharge a week ago then on Saturday I had brown blood I took two pregnancy test both negative one was yesterday evening and the second one was this morning. With my first child I was 6wks and 4 days pregnant she just turned 4 on may 12th, I got diagnosed with pcos 2 years ago. Am I just over thinking it or not. I’m been nauseous of and on for 3 weeks now my boobs hurt so bad the week before last my uterus felt achy, I’ve been peeing like a race horse help!
