Anyone else have symptoms 1 day and none the next?

I'm 7 weeks today and I've had on and off symptoms! Only like my boobs hurting and bloating. I definitely still have bloating but nothing else. Anyone else?

Same here! I’ve had nausea mainly when my stomach is empty, sore breasts, and bloating and that was more intense last week. It was like that with my son too but I had a m/c in January so now I worry about every little thing.
