My boyfriend is an alcoholic, what should i do?!

We are very much on love. He has had a troubled past. His dad who he looked up to, died when he was 5 years old and he just found out that his dad molested his sisters. He’s broken and he has an alcohol dependency. Ive never met anyone with this problem. Been together 2 years. I came over tonight and he was tipsy when i came. He kept telling me i was his soulmate and he loves me so much more than anything else. I was able to take him and his dogs for a walk, but he was completely out of it still. He was fine when i got here then drank more beer and slowly lost it. I then him outside again, but he said he needs to sleep and i told him if he does this again i will leave him for good. Which ive never said before. Idk what to do. I have somewhere to be tomorrow by 12. Should i take him to AA in the morning as a surprise?? He needs help. He will end up killing himself. He’s had a seizure from this before ( before we met) and he went to the hospital for jaundice and they said he was on the brink of gettin cirrhosis last year. He was sober and vegan when we met. Great job, super healthy. Now hes fallen apart. I love him but i want to try to get him help before i give up.
