DHEA supplements - side effects??

Hi all,
I am about to start taking DHEA (25mg) 3 times daily. I started Vitex three days ago.
Has anyone had any side effects? I was reading about DHEA and the side effects started to concern me.

My personal experience was that 25mg 3 times a day was too much, my testosterone went too high. I found that 25mg once a day was enough. It may be better to start with once per day, test DHEAS and testosterone levels and increase to two if it’s still low and so on. Better to start lower and build up than to take too much and upset other hormone levels. Hope that helps 😊

You do not want to use this dose at all
 You might just stop ovulating all together. Too high testosterone will ruin your egg quality. You need only tiny bit. I only used 25 mg as ivf icsi priming to get more follicles going. This is what too high testosterone do you will get many follicles going but if you keep getting it from cd 2 onwards in too high dose you will stop ovulating and all follicles will stop growing below 10 mm. In mid range you will ruin your egg quality. You need tiny bit for limited time like 7 days before period. Of course unless you are on some sort of fertility drug you will only get 1 mature to 2 mature eggs naturally.
