These don’t detect ovulation, they identify the LH surge. With OPK’s, you have to test daily, you don’t wait days in between testing. This is still negative, which means you’re not experiencing a surge in LH. I would test again in the early evening hours. Once the test line is just as dark, or darker than, the control line, that means it’s positive for the LH surge and that ovulation is approaching; typically, once you have that, it’ll happen within 12-36 hours.

Don’t wait a few days to test as the 1st line is fairly dark but it’s not positive yet. Test at least 2x a day so you don’t miss it. If you just took this in the morning, test again this afternoon/evening timeframe. If you wait days to test, you will most likely miss your surge.
