Hi ladies, it’s uncommon but worth a shot. For a few years after having Mirena IUD removed I was prescribed Androcur and cyproterone acetate plus Diane 35 ED or Cyproterone acetate as a combination pill. This was to prevent endometrial hyperplasia which I had developed and been treated for with a DandC. I have come off everything for the past few years hoping to ttc however my periods have been abnormal ever since and I don’t think I ovulate anymore. I have been diagnosed now with PCOS, although I used to have some excessive thesis before I always had normal periods and have a child from a previous relationship. Just wondering if anyone has ever had these medications and gone on to have children. I was taking 50 mg of cyproterone acetate twice a day for ten days out of each cycle for about a year then just took the combination pill.
