It really depends on the birth control you've been on. With some birth control like the IUDs it returns immediately, others like Depo can take upto a year to normalize. BC pills and the patch are usually around 3 months. All these are subject to vary per person but they are the averages.

It just depends on the person. I got pregnant 3 months after coming off the pill with my 1st. With my 2nd it was immediately (same month). Some people try for years & years. Some people months. Some people weeks. There’s no timetable.
