Possible miscarriage?

I had an ultrasound two weeks ago, at the time I should have been 6 weeks. The tech said is looked closer to 5 weeks and was unable to see much but told me that my weeks could just be off so I wasn’t too worried. Today, I should be 8weeks (7 of my weeks were off) and I have brown discharge. Am I having a miscarriage again?  I’m losing my mind over here..

Not necessarily. I had that happen recently when I got checked after pink spotting, dr said my dates were probably off. Got another ultrasound 2 weeks later with a healthy baby, I was just earlier than I thought. Are you getting another scan to check progression? Brown spotting isn’t necessarily a bad thing, especially if it doesn’t get heavier.
