Contractions/pressure in your tailbone?

No clue if this is labor or BH?!?! Contractions are happening and I feel some intense pressure in my tailbone/butt.  No water breaking (yet!) but super nauseated

Contractions lightened through the night, but still happening.  Just not as intense.  Water still hasn’t broken 😞 so I’m going with BH.  Doc is checking me 1st thing Monday morning.  I feel like I ran a marathon….my body is so tired!!
