No baby in sac at 6 weeks ?

Rushed into er for spotting that stoped but now getting told they couldn’t see baby they did a vaginal scan is that normal? My levels are at 4200 so its good for 6 weeks im so scared and cofused please tell me somebody experienced this before

This is what I tried to explain to you in your other post. The ER is the worst for early pregnancy concerns. You often leave there with more questions than answers. The best thing you can do is call your OB and follow up with them. A single beta HCG means NOTHING on its own. It sounds like you’re earlier than you think. Did they see a yolk sac within the gestational sac at least? Good luck to you, but stay away from the ER unless you’re heavily bleeding (soaking a pad an hour) or in severe pain.

Yes, I agree with everyone else. With the pregnancy being so early an ER is not where you will get there best medical advice for your pregnancy. Hopefully you can follow up with your OB and get better answers

This is normal and just FYI ER doctors are not qualified or specialised to go into detail or look for much else. Generally they see or find a heart beat and that’s it. 
You need to go see a sonographer and have a proper scan. Generally we don’t recommend anyone attend ER for these concerns as they can’t do anything even if you are miscarrying unfortunately.

I actually experienced this.. according to last menstrual period I should have been 6/7 weeks.  I was having spotting so went to er and they also did bloods and transvaginal ultrasound. There was no sac.. fast forward a couple of weeks still spotting so booked in for a urgent ultrasound and bam healthy little bub with flickering heartbeat and I was 5w5d so I ovulated late in my cycle ..

Are they repeating your levels to see if they’re rising or falling? You need another value 2-3 days later to compare
