I’m 14 weeks now and I can’t seem to stay sleep and my headaches are unbearable 😭

I was told you’d an take it every now and then just not every night. I’ve been taking unisom and tylenol pm interchangeably.

All it is is Benadryl and Tylenol. Both are safe for pregnancy in moderation. Have you tried caffeine for the headaches?? Make sure you’re super hydrated too as the Benadryl component can dry you out and make headaches worse!
