Best time to do opk tests?

I’m going to start bbt I know that’s same tim every morning orally. 
But what’s best time to do opk? 2 tests a day?

Answer

Yeah twice a day. A lot of people say between 11-8, but I found for me the best time to take them was with smu at around 9am 😊
