Struggling with body
Struggling to lose fat.
I am in a calorie deficit, I track my calories and macros. Eat between 100-150 grams of protein a day at 1400-1600 calories daily. (Also gluten and dairy free)
I exercise 3-5 times a week, split between weight lifting and calisthenics.
I am currently 125 lbs but still have a bothersome amount of fat layered on my legs and hips that I just can't get rid of. I'm getting very discouraged.
Wondering if I'm missing something or if there is something I should change or do more/less of?
