Implantation bleeding or just a weird period???

Hey all. So my “period” started four days early this cycle (10dpo) and was incredibly light the first day. I had moderate bleeding the second day, and light bleeding tapering to nothing on the third day. In total, I filled one pad (super abnormal for me) and had very mild cramping. I’m still having PMS symptoms (sore breasts, fatigue, headaches) but now I’m also experiencing indigestion in the WORST way. In addition, my cervical position is way higher and softer than it typically is during my period.

I had implantation bleeding with my daughter, and I had a sub chorionic hemorrhage with my first baby that ended in miscarriage. Neither of those instances were like this though.

Thoughts? I plan to test in three days if things continue, but I was wondering if anyone else had experienced anything like this.
