I just need some opinions and clarity of mind. I was supposed to start my period on May 15th— I didn’t. I waited until I was about 5 days late to take a digital test and, to my surprise, it came back positive. I then took a line test and it was a super faint positive.

The next day, I took another test and it was negative. On the 21st, I sat on the toilet and completely poured blood. It definitely did not seem like any period I’ve ever had— blood was pouring out like pee. This happened on and off throughout the day and then stopped.

Late that night I went to the ER to make sure it was a complete miscarriage. This is where it gets weird. My doctor stated that my HCG levels were less than one and that he believes that I was never pregnant. Has anyone had anything like this happen? It is hard for me to fathom that I was never pregnant when I had two BFP, a period that never came, incredibly sensitive boobs, etc., but I have no explanation for how my HCG would be that low that fast. Any ideas?
