If i did Gonal F at 10:40pm the first time but can’t no longer do it at the time and i change the time will still work the same?

I think you have a bit of leeway with the timing (2 hours sounds familiar), but best to have a consistent time each night. Definitely confirm with your Dr. I think mine was between 6-9pm.
The absolutely important timing is your trigger shot- don't mess that one up
