Sleep training
Hi moms!!
Do you sleep train your LO at 2 months old?
My LO often cries before naps and i need to rock her in my arms each time (and then keep her there so that she can sleep 1-2h (if not, only 10-15m in bed). Wondering if its ok to sleep train babies at this age so that she can sleep without being held and rocked?
