Miracle Baby after Infertility

With my many medical diagnoses such as POTS , Endometriosis etc and needing a service dog, we had such a hard time conceiving . However God has blessed us with a beautiful baby boy due Nov 1st . I’m a first time mom and have no idea what I’m doing or what I need but I’m praying I’ll be a good mom to him and able to get the things he needs. I am currently out of work due to ongoing medical complications. Any gifts are truly appreciated 💙💙 Thank you
