Starting to use bbt for the first time
Hello everyone!
I started tracking my cycle using bbt and logging it in fertility friend per the recommendation of some lovely people from glow :) I'm trying to understand how this works and, forgive me if this sounds dumb, but are all the couples ttc having sex when their bbt starts to drop? I only ask because it looks like FF only confirms ovulation 3 dpo but by then you would have needed to have been having sex, right?
