Has anyone else taken clearblue digital tests that don’t change properly?

On Friday 13th May, I took a test which said Pregnant 1-2 weeks on it. Tuesday 17th May I took another one and it came up with 2-3 weeks since conception but I’ve taken a third test today and it’s still showing 2-3 weeks. Shouldn’t it have changed to 3+ by now?

I’ve had two miscarriages before and I’m a little nervous about everything.
