Childbirth Education
Anyone else already reading and watching childbirth education videos? I'm more of a visual learner than a reader so I've just been watching tons of YouTube videos. I'm not a FTM but I didn't bother to do more than read What To Expect with my first baby and I was woefully unprepared for childbirth lol. This is my second and last baby so I'm just trying to get as much knowledge as I can. So far my two go-to educators are Sarah Lavonne who is an L&D RN and Childbirth Educator and Bridget Teylor who is a Dona Doula and a Lamaze Instructor. My first birth was pretty traumatizing and I've had a lot of anxiety this pregnancy just because I was dreading labor but watching these lovely ladies and learning has given me my confidence back. So if you're afraid of labor or if this is your first and you'd like to know more then give them a watch and if you have any other recommendations please let me know because there's no such thing as too much information lol.
