What would you do?

So I live in some apartment complex and we have this neighbor that seems to have anger issues… most of the mornings he would like literally punch his cars or he’d slams its doors really loud, he screams and cussed while in the process… it was all kinda like ok I guess until we notice that some of this times he’s nos alone he’s actually with his family a wife and like 2 toddles and a baby wtf?! The wife won’t even flinch like she’s just trying to get inside as fast as she can… that really concerned us cause if he doesn’t care to throw a fit like that everyday where everyone can see him what happens when he goes inside his apartment? Well this morning I got woken up by this and like an hours or so later he’s inside his car (he parks right outside my window) punching the 💩 out of it while screaming at the top of his lungs… he’s constantly waking my kids up, all of his cars ended up looking horrible and I guess for obvious reasons he changes them constantly… I feel so bad for his kids, and I honestly don’t know what to do… talking to him acting the way he acts is out of the question, and I don’t want to add more those kids lives like I think he’s the only one working so I’m lost here
