Glucose test

I looked in my health portal online and it says i passed my 1 hour glucose test with a 136 (range 65-139). My doctor told me NOT to fast for it, which a couple of the nurses thought was strange but apparently thats how my doctor always does the 1 hour test. Not sure if/how much it affected my score. I’m concerned about it being so close to the upper limit. Did anyone technically pass and still have to take the 3 hour test ? I typically dont handle bloodwork well (vomiting, passing out, etc), and i know it’ll be worse if i have to fast AND have so much blood taken over and over 😰
