Hi ladies! I am preparing for my first FET! Today was my baseline appointment and May 31st will be my next to see how my lining is progressing. If everything looks good, I’ll trigger & have my transfer about a week later. We’ll be transferring one untested embryo. Our only current diagnosis is MFI (husband doesn’t have the vas deferens). Can anyone share some helpful tips or tricks you thought helped you prepare for your transfer and/or anything you did after transfer?
