TW period or early miscarriage?

I recently switched from the mini pill to the combined pill, I’m on my third packet. Had one heavy period the first month and nothing the second. I’ve had an extremely heavy period the last 7 days with very painful cramps and blood clots larger than normal, I’ve made myself paranoid that I’ve had an early miscarriage but is this possible? Or am I overreacting and periods are normal when adjusting to the combined pill? Help😭

If it makes you feel any better- I started back on combo pills in March and the period I had- the first one- was a nightmare, boobs felt like they were burning on fire, the hot flashes were AWFUL, I went through two overnight pads in under 5 hours, it was horrible but the last period I had was fairly easy and not as painful. It was rather easy. But your periods will probably change periodically on the pill, it’s normal.
