A gallon a day?

So my doctor told me to drink a gallon of water per day , there’s no way anyone drinks this much right? I only drink like 4 bottles lol

I drink a gallon a day :) What I did was purchase a pretty 64 ounce water bottle off Amazon for like 15 dollars and I drink 2 a day. For some reason drinking from a pretty pink and blue bottle makes it easier 🤷‍♀️😂 no good logic to that….But it works for me!!

My doctor wants me to drink about that much too but I drink about 2liters of Dr Pepper a day instead 😂😂

That's normal. I strive for that. Its hard when you're not used to it because you're stuck peeing constantly for a couple weeks but definitely try.

Especially in the summer it’s good to at least aim for it. I have a 48 ounce bottle and I try to drink 4 a day. It does suck at first cause of the peeing all the time but eventually your body adjusts. You’ll feel really good if you can manage it!

My midwife suggested 90oz. Ive done 150 on a single day after being sick. Its possible. And I don't always have to pee. With my first I didn't drink enough and always had utis

I drink closer to half a gallon. I’ve always heard half your body weight in oz. I usually try to shoot for at least 64 oz.
