So this pregnancy is by far a roller coaster for sure. Double pink line finally showers up on Mother’s Day (mind you the week before I took a test showed negative but something seemed off like super super light line so waited a week to retest) . Went to my OBGYN to follow up on a large cyst they found on my left ovary on 4/21 (5.1cm) (and maybe confirm the pregnancy lol) U/S on 5/12 showed cyst was still on my left ovary no sac but uterus measured 14mm thick. ( been feeling super fatigued, super sore boobs and nausea creeping up each passing day) . Went back on 5/16 did blood work which showed I was definitely pregnant about 5 weeks. I was scheduled for an Ultrasound on 5/31 but I woke up yesterday feeling dizzy and disoriented nausea is worse and the cramping and ache on the left side has been increasing they had me come in to do an US but showed I’m bearly 5 weeks didn’t show a heartbeat yet but could definitely see a sac but it looked like there could be another one but the us tech asked if I was bleeding I told her no and she then said I should start bleeding soon and said I had subchorionic hemorrhage … I have another f/u in 2 weeks . Anyone had this before? Could she be wrong and it actually be a twin ? (The only picture they gave me but the other ones they took show the other sac/shadow about the same size or slightly bigger than the sac)
