idk why my clinic freezes (the best quality embryos) on day 3. and let's the rest go on and see which ones make it to day 5.

so I had 15 mature 9 day 3 (6 that were left to continue growing stopped on day 4)

my dr believes they failed because my egg quality. first transfer was 2 day 3 embryos and second transfer was 3 day 3 embryos.

again, idk why it's done this way, I know it's not common.

so for this transfer we will be transferring 3 day 3s.

before our second transfer my dr gave me two options, to unfreeze the remaining 6 and transfer the ones that get to blast. or transfer the 3 day3s. we went with 3day 3s. so now since we o ly have 3 embryos left my dr doesn't suggest unfreezing them to see what gets to blast since there is a high chance it won't since so many others didn't.

any suggestions or success stories with day 3 embryos. idk if this is a thing but is there a higher chance of success after so many fets?
