So I just got off the phone with my gyno and I’m still processing it like I don’t even know how to feel right now. From my knowledge I never had trich before and I have no clue how long I may have had this either as I don’t test but every 2-3 yrs or unless I get a new partner which I haven’t had one. Anyways I have PCOS and always assumed that my vaginal dryness could have came from that despite my hormones being pretty normal.

Now I’m curious… could I have had Trich this whole time and that’s why I’m experiencing vaginal dryness? Has anybody who had this had relief of their dryness after treatment?
