Test looks old & dry. Did you read the results in the time frame of using the test? You also took the test apart which makes it invalid. Retest again using FMU & read in the time frame of 5 mins. Any result after that is an indent or evap line. Blue dye tests are notorious for those so it’s recommended to use a pink dye.
