Spam me with sick remedies

Hi momma’s I’m 21 weeks and super sick with something viral! Chills body aches sore throat terrible headache. I have been take Tylenol to make sure my temperature keeps a bay, but these body aches suck! Tips and tricks would be great. Already tested for Covid and Flu both negative.
