Why did they change the free app?!

I am so upset and frustrated. I've used this app like a crazy person for 4 years! The free version. I've always had access to the pattern chart and this morning I wake up and it is suddenly only for premium members?? What gives? Why take it away now? I recommend this app to everyone! I can't believe they just take away features that were always available before...
