So. Here is my story. I am a mother of 8 kids. I have 6 boys. And 2 girls. (Who are smack in the middle of all those boys(youngest girl is 7))

I am currently pregnant(huge surprise as my youngest is only 6 months(I’m terrified))

We did blood test with sneak peek (snap device) @6 weeks and 3 days. And the result came back girl….. I’m shocked…. And terrified to get my hopes up and believe it.

I’m afraid the results are wrong…. How accurate is the sneak peek result on girl that early? Will the boy chromosome even show up in my blood that early? Should I wait and take the test again in a few weeks?

I don’t know who to talk to about my anxiety in this. As none of my family knows I’m pregnant yet. And I have no one to talk to.

I’m thinking of telling my husband that it’s a boy for Fathers Day. And waiting to confirm the girl result. And tell him if it is, for his birthday in July.
