Not sure if this belongs here but i need help 😒

Ladies how effective is macrodantin for a UTI? I have a UTI and it burns bad when i pee and im in so much discomfort it’s ridiculous i just want this to go away already 😩 ! The pain im in is similar to mentrual like cramping and its pretty bad along with the burning while peeing. How soon will these systems go away once i start taking it? Im so desperate at this point it’s ridiculous lol thanks
