Progesterone and baby aspirin

Hello ladies, I am currently going through my second miscarriage. The first miscarriage ended at 7 weeks and this miscarriage there was no baby in the sac and is ending at 9 weeks. I have some questions and some recommendations from anyone regarding how to have a successful third pregnancy. I don’t even know what my progesterone levels are or what they were during pregnancy. I have spoken to some ladies and have talked about how they were out on progesterone and baby aspirin and this allowed for a successful pregnancy. I want to speak to my doctor about these. Has anyone had any success it’s it. Also how long did you wait to get pregnant again, does waiting 3 months or longer allow for a more successful pregnancy. I would love to hear from all of you.
