diarhea & baby is extremely active.28 weeks. A concern?

bathroom non stop since yesterday morning

feel very tired and sleepy

baby is moving like crazy and it feels really weird

I’m having tightness & pins and needles around my belly button

Back is killing me (haven’t had back problems in almost 2 weeks)

Should I be concerned? Should I call off at work ? I’m a CNA so I squat a lot.

I also lost a piece of my mucus plug this week but I’m not really worried about that..
