Help Reading chart?

Here's my chart for bbt and my chart for BD. The peak test came up positive on Wednesday the 18th. Can anyone help me interpret? Thanks!
Important note: I had covid and was in the hospital on those missed days but that's why I got back to logging everything and confirmed peak with opks right after I got out.

This isn't a usable chart. Too much data missing and what is there is all over the place.

Can’t really interpret, maybeeee ovulation on cd25 or 26 if you get more high temps but can’t confirm for sure due to the missing data

Looks like you ovulated! I had a 2 day long slight dip in temp at 7 and 8 dpo when I got pregnant and my temp went back up and stayed up. I think my first test was at 10dpo but it was extremely faint, so faint my husband was like are you sure its there? Lol. Hopefully your temp stays up!
