Two year molars?

Question

Any experience with two year molars yet? Do they cause a low fever?
My daughter has a low fever of 99.5 and spit out some food at dinner which is something she never does. Trying to determine if she caught a virus or has teeth growing!?

99.5 isn’t a fever, so you’re good there. It’s probably the molars! My daughter gets a high end normal temp to a low fever with teeth and complains about her ears lol

I didn't even notice when my oldest was cutting his 2 year molars. They were just there. But he handled teething really well and was like that with all of his teeth. 
With my second, it was terrible. He was so unbelievably fussy. Wouldn't sleep. He handled all of his other teeth well but 2 year molars wrecked him. He felt so poor during that time. 
With my youngest, I didn't notice until they were almost in. He did really well which is surprising to me because with all of his other teeth, he was soooo fussy. He didn't do well with any of them besides the 2 year molars.
My kids have never had an elevated temperature or fever with any teeth. My sister says her daughters have run fevers with teeth but my pediatrician says fevers while teething are a myth, though some kids might have slightly elevated temps during teething so idk.

Yea my son is currently teething.  Teething can cause an elevated temp, but not a fever.  Anything over 100.4 is a fever.
