I had all the signs, ewcm, a positive opk, and the most obnoxious ovulation cramps ever, but no rise in temp? Well I guess it kinda rose but if it did it’s the tiniest rise ever.

I even feel like I ovulated. After ovulation I always have a “shift” where my boobs and abdomen feel different. It’s kinda hard to explain.

This is only my second month tracking temps and I moved to vaginal temping this month from oral temping. I’ll attach last months oral chart too for comparison.
