I’m always hungry and tired and want to snuggle 😂

So for about two weeks I’ve been overally hungry like I went to dennys had a huge plate of pancakes and bacon and then like an hour after that I was starving again I’m finding I need food hourly? We are actively trying but could this be a sign? And I’m always sooooo tired, but always in the mood, help!! Anyone experienced this in early pregnancy, I’m 16 days away from my next cycle so waiting to do a test
