Unusual pale green cottage cheese like discharge.

So I’ve been experiencing this weird discharge situation for some time now and I’ve tried everything except medication to help it go away. The first few times it was white but then it changed to pale green color. I experienced it a few years ago and I drank huge amounts of water back then so it went away, and this time it’s clearly not.

I can’t visit a doctor cause I won’t be able to afford it so I’m looking for some at home remedies or any medication that I can try.
