NO ONE TOLD ME BEING 30 FELT LIKE DEATH

…after drinking. I just can’t anymore. Barely drank last night after not drinking for about 2ish years cause of medication I was on and I am completely out of it. What is this?!?! Anyone have any tips? I just want to go out sometimes, drink and have fun lol
